Cancellation Policy: If you must cancel your appointment, please do so 24 hours in advance so that we can offer the time slot to someone else. Any appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged 50% of their service fee. The only time we can waive the fee is for illnesses and uncontrollable emergencies. No shows will be charged full price.
