Q: How do I access my classes?
A: You must first go to the class schedule (from the website or Spirit of the Lake App) and register for the class. You will then receive a class booking confirmation email with a link to access the Zoom class. If you have never used Zoom, you may want to download it prior to when the class starts, just to be sure you have enough time.
In addition, you will receive a second email 10-15 minutes before the class begins, from the teacher. This email will also have a link to access the class.
Q: I registered for a workshop or special class. Will I receive a link to access this?
A: Yes. You will receive an event booking confirmation email once you register for the event (this will not contain the link to access the Zoom event). You will receive an event reminder email 3 hours prior to the event with the link to join. Additionally, the link to access the special class/workshop will come in a third email 10-15 minutes before the event begins as well.
Q: How can I get on your mailing list?
A: You can subscribe to our mailing list from the main page of our website. You can also stay up-to-date on SOTL happenings and news by liking our Facebook page or following us on Instagram.
Q: Can I share my class passes/subscriptions with a friend or family member?
A: Yes. If you don't plan on using all of your passes and would like to share or gift one to someone else, you can. They need to have a profile set up in our system so that they sign our waiver. They can do this by going to the class schedule and clicking on a class, or by downloading our App and registering there. Please let us know who you would like to gift your class to by emailing us at: email@example.com.
Q: Do you still offer massage services?
A: No. We no longer offer in-person wellness services. We do offer online wellness services such as: Life Coaching, Private Yoga and Meditation, Functional Lifestyle Nutrition Counseling, and Ayurvedic Consultations.
