Yin
with Holly
In yin yoga we gently stretch connective tissue by relaxing into passive postures that lengthen the body and free up your joints. You will learn to soften your muscles, and your breath, as you observe bodily sensations.
Yin yoga generally promotes flexibility in areas often perceived as nonmalleable, especially the hips, pelvis and lower spine. A meditative and peaceful practice, yin yoga can help you notice and release tension. It is detoxifying and a lovely counterpoint to any other physical activity you enjoy.

Yoga for Strength
with Karen
Studies confirm that yoga can be just as effective as weight training for gaining strength and reducing fat. You don't have to be strong to perform the basic yoga poses in this class, but you can expect to build muscle, improve mobility, develop mind-body awareness, and increase muscle activation. This class might even just make your body feel happier.

Rooted Flow
with Niki
Breath-led movement for grounded presence
This steady, breath-centered practice invites you to move with care, curiosity, and clarity. Rather than chasing intensity, we explore how attention, alignment, and breath can create depth and presence in each shape and transition. Rooted in the support of bones and the intelligence of muscle, movement becomes a way to connect - with yourself, with the Earth, and with the moment.
This class is intentionally paced and seasonally attuned, honoring the natural rhythms of time, energy, and change. Expect wise sequencing, space for reflection, and a focus on inner stability over outward performance.
This is not your typical flow class. No constant chaturangas, no rush. Just a grounded, thoughtful practice to help you build strength, steadiness, and a friendlier relationship with your body and mind.
Best suited for students with a foundation in yoga and an openness to slower, deeper inquiry.
Mindful & Empowered Flow
with Melissa
This dynamic, thoughtfully sequenced class invites you to link movement with breath while exploring strength, stability, and expression. With a playful and curious spirit, we move through both continuous sequences and intentional holds, building heat, awareness, and confidence in the body.
Expect creative transitions, moments of challenge, and space to feel into what strength and empowerment mean for you - not as performance, but as presence. You’ll leave feeling energized, capable, and connected in both body and mind.
Best suited for students with at least six months of regular yoga practice.
