for yoga, holistic wellness, trainings and retreats.
We believe that yoga is more than just exercise and the benefits are far greater than that of simply fitness. Our yoga is rooted in the 8 limbs of Patanjali so that the focus is not solely on the poses (asana), but also on breath work (pranayama), meditation, and ethical considerations. Our teachers incorporate all of yoga into their classes, with their respected styles, stemming from their lineage, experiences, and passions.
With the understanding that self-care is truly healthcare and that all we have the innate ability to bring healing, health, and happiness into our lives, our practitioner’s offer a variety of holistic healing modalities. From hands-on techniques like massage therapy and thai bodywork to the more subtle healing touch of reiki or energy work, you will find a treatment to assist in your overall wellness. In addition, we offer life and wellness coaching to co-create the life that you envision for yourself.
