Rest and restore with this unique, healing workshop designed to nurture the body, mind, and spirit.
This workshop combines a series of relaxing and restorative yoga postures with Thai massage (assisted stretches). Supported, long-held Yin and Restorative yoga postures calm the nervous system and allow the body to let go of chronically held tension. Thai massage facilitates deeper states of relaxation through the release of energy blockages.
This yoga class will be led by guest instructor, Dani Coffield, while Jamie Reinbold will be providing the Thai Bodywork.
