*Gentle Yoga: Geared towards the beginner, Gentle Yoga introduces the basic foundations of any yoga practice by introducing proper alignment of yoga asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing techniques), and dhyana (guided meditation). Working gently, slowly, and compassionately, you will discover a renewed sense of strength, flexibility, and power of spirit.

**Morning Hatha: Get your day started off the best way possible with an early morning yoga class! Morning Hatha is a one-hour class that will fit perfectly into your busy schedule, while still providing a full spectrum yoga experience that you'll enjoy throughout your day. You will begin with a centering practice and then move, stretch, and strengthen through warm-ups, yoga asanas, pranayama, and guided relaxation. You'll not only be energized but also calmly focused for the day ahead.

**Yoga Asana: This class combines alignment, fun and a love of learning into a skillful approach to the practice of yoga. Experience a wealth of technique and inspiration to improve and expand your current practice. Can’t do a challenging pose yet? Learn to break things down into manageable ‘skill builders’ so you experience success. Build on every small success and discover more confidence and desire to see what else may be possible. You are amazing.

**Mindful Flow: Our mindful flow class will bring you into the present moment through breath and mindfulness meditation techniques. As you move through class you will tune into your subtle body, connecting body, mind, and spirit. Learn how to listen to your body and to connect to your own internal teacher.

**Kundalini Inspired: Kundalini Yoga is a system that links breath with movement to open the subtle energy body. In this class, we will combine more traditional practices such as Hatha, Restorative, and Anusara with Kundalini so you will have the experience of opening and integrating your whole Self; not only physically, mentally, and emotionally but energetically as well. It will be an amazing journey into the more subtle realms of your Being. Bring an open heart and open mind, get ready to explore and have fun as we delve into the beauty of all that is YOU.

***Vinyasa: Vinyasa in an energetic class that connects movement with the breath, awaking the body, mind, and spirit. This class is led in a non-heated room. The asanas, or poses, vary from class to class, but always include backbends, inversions, and twists. Advanced variations are taught along with modifications.

*Beginning Iyengar: Iyengar Yoga, created by B.K.S. Iyengar, is an innovative approach to classical hatha yoga. This style of yoga emphasizes precision and alignment while developing strength, stamina, flexibility, and balance. This class will emphasize standing asanas, and will include seated poses, forward extensions and twists. Salamba sarvangasana (shoulder stand) will be introduced.

**Iyengar All Level: Iyengar Yoga, created by B.K.S. Iyengar, is an innovative approach to classical hatha yoga. This style of yoga emphasizes precision and alignment while developing strength, stamina, flexibility, and balance. Sequencing of the asanas (poses) is an essential part of this practice. The use of props makes this method accessible to all, regardless of physical ability. Iyengar Yoga is well known for it's therapeutic benefits. This class is open to anyone (beginners to advanced).

***Intermediate/Advanced Iyengar: This class will progress from the beginning syllabi to include more advanced asanas, backbending, sirsasana (headstand) and inversion variations. This class is not appropriate for students new to Iyengar yoga.

**Yin Yang: The first part of our practice will be ‘yin’-focused; this means that we will start with where the body is RIGHT NOW. After settling into our bodies with a meditative Yin Yoga sequence, we’ll start to move gently and at a leisurely pace into a relaxed, intuitive flow that will calm the mind, soothe the body, and restore your spirit. This pairing of Yin/Vinyasa Flow will bring your body and mind to a delightful state of balance and peace.

*Yin/Restorative: This class provides the best of both Yin and Restorative yoga! Class will begin with a soothing restorative pose so that you can find deep relaxation and calm the physical, emotional, mental and energetic body. You will then be guided through yin poses to nourish the joints and connective tissues in the body. A final restorative pose will complete this calming practice, leaving you feeling fully rested, with your energy restored, body nourished, and mind relaxed. 

*Restorative: In this class we will move at a slow and leisurely pace into poses that are fully supported with blankets, blocks, bolsters, and other props; a perfect counterbalance to the stresses of the workweek and everyday life. Postures are held for several minutes at a time to allow you to drop with ease into a place of deep contentment. This class will recharge your energy tank, bringing balance to your body and peace to your mind. 

*Moonlight Restorative Yoga: Moonlight Restorative Yoga incorporates gentle yoga, acupressure, and restorative postures that are fully supported by blankets, blocks, and other props. A perfect counterbalance to the stresses of everyday life, this practice encourages the body and mind to unwind and relieve unwanted tension and pain, balances your energy, and provides deep rejuvenation. This is what yoga is all about: stilling our fidgety bodies and calming our rambling minds so that we may rest quietly in the present moment and see clearly the peace that resides within.
