Our yoga classes are mindfully lead by professional yoga teachers, who provide their unique expertise throughout the class and sequence the class to meet the variety of the students in front of them. Our classes are welcoming and open to every body from beginner to more advanced. Regardless of where you are in your yoga journey you will be met with a customized experience to meet your needs, where you are in that moment.

We believe in the healing benefits of yoga and teach all 8 limbs accordingly. Therefore, you will experience special attention on the breath (pranayama), experience a variety of meditation techniques, and will learn more about how to take the practices off of your mat and out into your daily world. Our complimentary and alternative wellness therapies provide an opportunity for you to integrate additional self-care strategies for healing and overall health maintenance.
